James is a passionate customer advocate who wants clients to feel empowered by the advice he can provide.

He is driven to deliver the best service possible and will leave no stone unturned to improve his offering. That’s why he’ll constantly check how customers are going and whether they have the right insurance to suit their needs.

James gives back to the community by being a regular plasma donor, and he also loves to spend time in the great outdoors with his family.

As a dedicated financial adviser with over 10 years of industry experience, Brennan specialises in helping customers achieve their financial goals.

With a strong background in commercial and holistic advice, he focuses primarily on wealth protection strategies and providing tailored solutions to secure the financial future of customers.

In a constantly evolving environment, Brennan prides himself on remaining current with industry changes, while increasing his knowledge base to provide up-to-date and informed advice.

Charissa enjoys building new client relationships and has a passion for risk-focused advice. She thrives on assisting clients in articulating their goals and dreams, ensuring a secure financial legacy.

She knows this is a big responsibility and gives it the attention and dedication it requires. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of The Free State in South Africa and has provided financial advice since 2005.

When Charissa is not working, she enjoys quality family time, expanding her culinary repertoire, and feeding her competitive spirit through engaging activities like playing netball matches and board games.

With a rich and diverse career spanning nearly a decade, Hayley has gained extensive experience in boutique financial firms and large corporations. She recently completed her Master of Financial Planning and commenced a professional year to become a qualified financial adviser.

She is committed to both clients' financial success and the development of the financial industry, and believes in opening opportunities for women in finance.

When not crunching numbers, Hayley can be found in the company of her horse or spending time at home in the kitchen. 

Adrian has been assisting customers across financial planning, tax accounting, and lending for over 18 years. He is dedicated to understanding customer’s unique needs and prides himself on guiding them to make informed decisions.

His passion for helping extends beyond the office, as a strong advocate for sustainability and giving back to the community. Adrian regularly volunteers and fundraises for education-based charities, Sunrise Cambodia, and Compassion Vietnam Inc.

When he’s not immersed in the world of finance and community service, you can find him exploring his love of food and indulging in his enthusiasm for sports, with a particular passion for basketball and football.

Zoe has been advising customers on their insurance needs for almost 10 years. Before that, she was a paraplanner for five years, making sure everything ran smoothly at her previous organisation.

She is super organised and has incredible attention to detail, which ensures her clients receive impeccable service that’s second to none.

Zoe is also passionate about working with the younger generation. In her spare time, she ensures everything goes to plan at her children’s Ninja Warrior training.

Kate’s worked in Life insurance advice for over 10 years and has a passion for helping people protect what is most important to them and their families. Her experience in managing claims fuels her drive to ensure her customers are adequately protected as she knows first hand just how valuable insurance advice can be. 

Outside of work, Kate loves to travel and catch up with friends and family over a nice glass of wine and good food. 

Sakshi has been part of the financial industry since 2015 and has developed her skills and technical knowledge through several roles.

She enjoys talking to people and is passionate about working with individuals and families to help create strategies that protect what’s important to them.

Sakshi is an avid reader, and enjoys off-tune singing, baking, and painting. On a typical Saturday morning, you will find her trying a new breakfast recipe with her husband. 

Luke has been in the financial industry since 2021 and has recently begun his Professional Year journey to become a qualified financial adviser.

He is passionate about the industry and is a people person who enjoys understanding customers stories to ensure the best outcomes.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a keen supporter of the St Kilda Football Club.

Kirsten has a wealth of knowledge in the advice industry. With over 18 years working in the sector, and 15 of these as a licensed Financial Advisor, she’s developed a knack for understanding customers and their needs.

Over the past five years, she has been a board member for Upper Murray Family Care. This local not-for-profit organisation provides a range of services to local families, including foster care and family legal services.

Kirsten is also a huge Canberra Raiders supporter and loves to be involved with motorsport. But her favourite thing to do is spend time on her farm with her husband Chris, and their son Haedes.

Jeff is a committed, driven, and client-centric Financial Advisor with over 13 years of extensive experience. Ruby is a seasoned professional in the banking industry, bringing a wealth of experience since 2008.

One of Ruby's greatest passions is using her expertise to empower others, helping them achieve their lifestyle goals and aspirations. She believes in bringing financial dignity to her clients, guiding them toward secure and prosperous futures.

Outside of her professional life, Ruby is a dedicated mother of two boys, actively managing their basketball teams. After a long day, Ruby finds solace in the soothing melodies of jazz and the timeless prose of classic novels.

Yimon recently qualified as a Financial Adviser after completing her Professional Year with Zurich Assure. Prior to her current role, Yimon spent over nine years in Financial Advice, primarily as a paraplanner.

In every role, Yimon is passionate about the customer and their stories. She prides herself on finding the right solution to protect what matters most to them.

Outside work, Yimon loves to travel and enjoys escaping on long country drives with her husband, and fur-baby Bella.

Rebecca began working in the industry while completing her university studies. Having spent time in support roles, her focus has always been on assisting customers. She is passionate about ensuring customers are cared for and supported during their advice journey. 

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Danny Tortul is a financial adviser with 30 years of industry experience. He has helped hundreds of clients achieve their financial goals and secure their future.

Danny is passionate about providing personalised and tailored advice that suits each client's needs and circumstances. He specialises in personal insurance and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

He enjoys spending time with his family, experiencing the outdoors, and socialising with friends.

Will is a highly experienced Financial Adviser and has been helping clients achieve their financial goals since 2012. He enjoys getting to know his clients and prides himself on providing simple and effective solutions, helping them protect what matters most.

Outside work, Will enjoys spending time with his family. He is a proud member of the Melbourne Football Club, a keen runner, and tech enthusiast.

Skei began her career in financial advice in 2001 as a Business Insurance Adviser with the CBA and she has never looked back.

Skei quickly learnt that this was her passion knowing that she would be educating and financially protecting people, helping them take away major financial burdens and stresses at them most difficult of times with the advice she provides.

Skei has mentored many advisers with education requirements over the years and enjoys seeing others grow and succeed in life.

Out of work Skei loves the outdoors, cooking and spending time with family and friends. 

Callum has been working in the finance industry since 2016 and is passionate about the benefits of financial advice for everyday people, always taking the time to fully understand your individual needs to ensure the best outcomes.

When not in the office you will find Callum either playing or watching some form of sport, his two main passions being football and basketball.

Mum of two, and an active supporter of diversity in Financial Services, Sandhya has held various management and leadership roles within the wealth industry.

Before working with Zurich Assure, Sandhya was General Manager for Paraplanning at Insignia Financial, General Manager-Northeast for MLC Advice, and has held several product and operational roles.

She is well-known for her ability to champion internal culture and is a modern leader focused on empathy, performance, and creating value for customers.

Mark is passionate about financial planning and how it can positively impact customers’ lives with over 40 years in the finance industry. He became a Certified Financial Planner and completed studies to become a CPA part-time while raising a young family.

Mark is now actively working to reduce risk in Zurich Assure and protect all of Zurich Assure’s clients by ensuring advice is of a high standard and relevant.

Mark loves gardening, listening to music, and supports the Australian rules football team, the Geelong Cats. 

Ben is an advice professional with over 20 years of experience in operations, compliance, governance, and strategy.

Ben is passionate about quality advice and the way it positively impacts customers. He continually seeks to drive change to strengthen business processes that improve the customer experience.

Outside of work, Ben has a passion for motorsport and enjoys going on family adventures. He’s also kept busy by supporting his kids in their many extracurricular activities. 

Alan is an accomplished Operations Control Manager with over 14 years of experience in the banking industry.

He’s a passionate and authentic leader who champions engaged teams focused on high performance, team culture, development, and recognition.

Alan also implemented a partnership with the Pro Bono Financial Advice Network to help customers living with, or responding to, a personal health crisis to improve their financial wellbeing.

Outside of work, Alan has a passion for soccer and coaches the Eltham Redbacks Senior Team who are a semi-professional club in the Victorian Men's State League. 

Damon has spent over 30 years in the financial services industry, leading banking and advice teams across private, affluent, retail, and commercial.

He’s incredibly passionate about the importance of specialist insurance advice as the foundation of any financial planning, to ensure customers, their families, and businesses are protected.

Outside of Zurich Assure, Damon works with various community groups supporting mental health and suicide prevention in older people. He also spends time mentoring young refugees who are beginning their finance careers.

Merinda is marketing- and customer-obsessed with over 16 years of wealth management experience.

Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) she is passionate about continuous learning and improving all aspects of her work life.

Merinda loves to listen to music and is a keen runner who enjoys various fitness activities, including her favourite: cardio workouts. When she’s not exercising, she’s a mum to two children and her chihuahua.

With a decorated career in Financial Advice spanning nearly 20 years, Duncan has worked in a variety of small, medium and large financial advice businesses. At Zurich Assure, he’s focused on ensuring his team is equipped to deliver high-quality customer experiences through specialised financial insurance advice.

Within the financial advice profession, Duncan has invested over a decade of service to the FAAA, and during that time, mentored several emerging professionals.

He is also a new dad, an avid Labrador walker, and a keen ocean swimmer.
