Our phone service with a financial counsellor can help manage your money concerns, such as financial stress, hardship and changing situations.

We can support those who have suffered a loss by guiding them through difficult times and offering strategies for coping.

Condition specific

Manage specific health conditions

This over-the-phone program offers simple and actionable steps for mental wellness through coaching, in a safe and supportive environment.

Our virtual program partners with a team of oncology-trained allied health professionals, including nurses, exercise physiologists, dietitians and psychologists, to provide tailored support for people living with cancer.

This program, conducted by an exercise physiologist is designed to improve an individual's physical health, mobility, and safe return to work.

Tailored to improve energy levels and overall wellbeing through routine exercises, this program offers guidance on sleep hygiene, diet advice, and managing cognitive fatigue. Depending on the nature of the fatigue, you may work with an Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist to give you the best chance of success. 

This program helps treat and manage a range of pain conditions. It is backed by a team of professionals, such as physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and psychologists, who work together to address all aspects of pain.

This tailored service is backed by research to provide strategies for COVID-19, Post-Vaccine complications and Long Covid.

Return to work

Assistance with return to work following a diagnosis

Talk to us and we can recommend which support services will be most helpful during recovery. We can also do an on-site consultation to assess which job duties can be safely performed now, or in the future.

Our return-to-work program talks to customers and their employers to make sure a smooth transition back to work is possible. There is even an allowance available for special equipment if required.

Our mentoring service can help business owners manage both their business and personal health. We can also support individuals who would like to transition back into executive or management roles.
