  1. Lodge a motor claim online or call 1800 611 372. We will contact you after lodgement to confirm the repairer location and date for vehicle drop-off.
  2. Drop your vehicle off for repair. We will be in touch when repairs are complete.
  3. Pick up your vehicle.
