How to lodge a claim
We’ve simplified our claims process to make things as easy and stress-free as possible.
Simply lodge your claim online, which you can complete in your own time, 24/7.
Then head over to your Tesla app, where you’ll be guided to book your repair.

We'll send you a confirmation email and details for your assigned Claims Advisor
Your Claims Advisor will contact you and guide you through the process

Repair process for Comprehensive Cover
Our Authorised Repairer Network is here to get you back on the road quickly and efficiently.
For claims other than windscreen/glass only claims:
- After you have lodged your claim you can book a repair quote via the Tesla App under 'Collision & Glass' and request a service via 'Collision Repair'. Follow the prompts to book a repair quote at a Tesla Service Centre or an Authorised Network Repairer closest to you.
- Once your claim is approved, if an excess is applicable, you will be asked to pay this to your repairer directly.
For windscreen/glass only claims:
- For windscreen/glass only claims, you can go to your Tesla App, click on 'Collision & Glass' then 'Glass & Windows' and follow the prompts to book a repair.
- You won't need to complete a claim form. The repairer will invoice Zurich directly for any claims.

Frequently asked questions
If your vehicle is involved in an accident and is unable to be driven, please call us on 1800 319 284. If you have Comprehensive Cover, we will arrange for your vehicle to be towed safely from the incident site.
Yes, if you have Comprehensive Cover, you can book your glass repair with Tesla via your Tesla App or call our Customer Care team on 1800 319 284. Once your repair is complete Zurich will pay for the repairs directly.
You won’t have to complete a claim form for this type of claim.
